How we use your details
Draft — to be reviewed against the Students' Union UCL guidance.
What we store
Your email address, the name, graduating year and short bio you enter, whether you agreed to these terms and when, and whether you chose to appear in the Network. We also keep the Students' Union membership list (email, membership type and dates) so we can check who has paid.
Why
To give paid members and graduates access to the shared drive and the Network, and to run the society. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who can see it
Your Network listing (name, year, bio and email) is visible only to other signed-in members, and only if you opt in and a committee admin approves it. Committee admins can see member records to manage access. Everything else stays private.
Where it is kept
On Supabase (database, London region) and Vercel (website hosting). Sign-in codes are sent through Resend.
Your choices
You can leave the Network at any time from your profile. To see or delete everything we hold about you, contact the committee through the Students' Union society page and we will act within a month.
